Shipping Information

1. Processing Time:

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.
    • Rates will be calculated at checkout.
    • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

3. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions). We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

2. How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.
  2. Select the items you wish to return.
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your package.
  4. Drop the package off at your nearest postal service location.

3. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

4. Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, you can exchange your item within 30 days. Simply follow the return process and select "Exchange" as your return reason. We’ll ship the new item as soon as we receive the original one.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. International Returns:
